1. Configure

Put secrets in contracts/.env. It's git-ignored, and contracts/.env.example shows the format.

2. Check the network

npm run check:elysium

This read-only check deploys nothing and spends nothing. It runs the real ECVRF verifier on-chain with eth_call overrides, confirms the chain supports the Cancun opcodes and precompiles GENESIS needs, and prints the gas price and the deployer's balance.

3. Deploy

npm run deploy:elysium

This deploys every contract in pre-launch mode (HYPE only), stakes the VRF operator's minimum, registers the example upkeeps and oracle feeds, and writes deployments/elysium.json.

4. Run operators

Point the operator node at Elysium:

5. Launch GENESIS

When the token is live on ElysiumPad, follow Launch on ElysiumPad.
